Tank Cleaning

Tankage forms a vital part in petroleum/petrochemical industry. They are required to be inspected periodically to access the mechanical soundness /integrity of their floors, shells and roofs and to carry out repairs as necessary.

Tank Cleaning is necessary for metal inspection purpose, for removal of bottom sediments and sludge which may have accumulated and also for the application of protective coating to the metal to guard against deterioration by corrosion. However, before any personal Tank entry for inspection etc., it is necessary to gas free the tank after emptying out the tank thoroughly.

Process Equipment Cleaning

Process Equipment Cleaning is the specialized practice of removing chemical residue, biological contaminants, scales, sludge, and unwanted deposits from machinery used in manufacturing and industrial processing.

Unlike general facility maintenance, it focuses specifically on the internal surfaces and working parts of production machinery—such as reactors, heat exchangers, distillation columns, storage tanks, and piping systems—to maintain efficiency, prevent contamination, and avoid catastrophic equipment failure.

C-Touch

C-Touch is a neutral ecofriendly water based degreaser. The formulation contains surfactants and emulsifiers to facilitate the removal of greasy matter and to keep the soil in the suspended condition. This feature in the formulation prevents the redeposition of the soils. C-Touch can also be used for degreasing of almost any kind of surface eg. mild steel, galvanised iron, aluminium, copper, brass etc.
